OVERVIEW
As part of our ISO compliance and industry best practice, we aim to provide effective response in the vendor engagement process. At the same time, we uphold ethical conduct in our business operations to mitigate risk in the context of procurement.
OBJECTIVE
At best, our objective is to encourage open and wide competition for best quality or best price goods and services. Vendor data is part of our process to ensure systematic record keeping pertaining to the bid, quotation, proposal or tender.
STEP TO REGISTER
Instruction
- To submit the application, we require particulars from the company such person in charge name, address, contact number and email. We also require business registrattion documents (SSM) to be uploaded to ensure the company is valid.
- Once information is submitted, all communication shall be via vdr@fiot.my.
- VDR will notify the status of registration and upon assessment, vendor shall sign and adhere to Mutual Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA).
