Vendor registration is part of our process to gather and collect business capabilities and competencies within a vendor registration database to cater to our needs of our growing technology profile and project requirements.

As such, we have structured vendor registration and approval procedure for prospective vendors. This procedure starts with submitting details through Vendor Registration form at our website. The information submitted will be reviewed manually and approved vendor will be contacted via email.

For purpose of monitoring, approved vendor list will be reviewed and updated once in a year. This update includes adding new prospective vendors and deleting existing vendors based on their performance feedback.

Re-qualification of vendors is carried out for following considerations:

  • Validity of their SSM or equivalent company registration information
  • Any ISO and other requisite certification
  • Financial capability and audited accounts in the last 3 years
